STOCK BROKERAGE AGENCY AGREEMENT

PART I.
AUTHORITY OF AGENT
The principal gives permission to the agent to act as agent and attorney to buy, sell and trade stocks, bonds and any other securities or commodities, on the principals behalf.
PART II.
AGREEMENT AS CONTINUING
This agreement shall remain in effect from the date of origination until revoked by principal. This agreement may be terminated by written notice addressed to agent and delivered by mail or in person to the agent's office at [address of agent]. The termination will not have any affect on any liability resulting from transactions initiated prior to termination.
PART III.
COMPENSATION OF AGENT
